Our Rotational Molding process is the crown jewel of our operation. We take pride in our state of the art equipment and aggressive investments in technology and systems to keep costs low.
Rotational Molding is a process that creates low stress, hollow parts. It is ideal for plastic parts with low to medium runs due to the relatively low tooling costs, but higher price per piece costs when compared with injection molding. Rotational molded parts are noted for their strength and consistent wall thickness.
Our largest machines are 5 stations, 4 arm independent carousals with a 131” swing arm capability. We have many automated system in place to keep parts produced consistent and cost effective. We are always investing in ways to keep our Rotomold line competitive and advanced.
We will maintain all tools in-house. We take great care of our customers tooling while entrusted to our facility. Quality Industries will only run tools in A-1 condition or recondition them ourselves to get them in A-1 condition (for a marginal fee).
Quality Industries has in-house fabricated molding and engineer design capability. We will assist you through design, tooling and final production of your part. We are a complete RotoMold manufacturing plant capable of helping you every step of the way.
