Rotational molding tools are naturally less expensive than injection and blow molding due to the design. Quality Industries can fabricate molds in house or obtain quotes from quality tool manufacturers. We maintain and store our customers tools like they were our own.

We are a large manufacturing plant with numerous rotomold machines of all sizes. Our large machines have 4 independent arms. This translates to a highly efficient shop that can run any size part effectively and correctly with different cycle times and temperature control.

We have slides, cranes, secondary work stations and clear systems in place from trimming to shipping. Our goal is efficiency and consistency.
We do all secondary operations in house and can drop ship or store within our large facility.

The process of Rotational Molding first starts with a design for a tool or mold. The tool can be either cast or fabricated depending upon the complexity of the part. A well designed tool will cut production costs while creating a solid quality manufactured part.
